CMMS pricing

Compare what Maptainer costs with what you are already paying without seeing it.

Hours spent typing up job sheets, extra kilometres, materials that never reach a work order and contracts losing margin without anyone noticing. That is the cost to compare against. Maptainer’s price is public and has no tiers: one full core, three modules, three add-ons and a bundle, Full operation. You pay for what you switch on, with no minimum term.

Core

Always included, and not a cut-down version.

It is the complete inventory and maintenance system. The warehouse, the app with offline mode and the public API are not sold separately. No asset limit. The subscription does not depend on how many assets you register.

  • Assets and GIS
  • Work orders
  • Incidents
  • Staff and shifts
  • Inventory and warehouses
  • Dynamic forms
  • Dashboard
  • Mobile app with offline mode
  • Mapping
  • Alerts
  • Public API
Optional modules

Three modules. Switch on the one you use, when you use it.

Fleet and costs

8 € / user / month

Vehicles, fuel at the official price, technician-vehicle assignment, route legs and the true cost of travel.

Real-time field

5 € / user / month

Team position, tracks, geofencing, automatic status changes and end-of-day auto-pause.

Smart planner

15 € / user / month

Planner covering up to 14 days, with road routing, first available slot and assignment by skill and proximity.

Better you know now than later: the wrench time indicators and the times that feed MTTR depend on the automations in Real-time field. Without that module, those times depend on someone pressing a button.

Add-ons

Three add-ons. Each one grows with what it manages: users, customers or reading points.

Customer management

60 € / month

5 customer portals included

+ 12 € / customer portal / month

Organisation by customer, each with its geographic scope and its own set of assets, and a portal for each one: its own identity and roles, a map with its assets, incident reporting and a dashboard. With each customer’s logo.

SLA management

4 € / user / month

Up to 10 users, €40 a month. From the eleventh user, €4 per user.

Agreements per customer with criticality levels, response and resolution times, and compliance calculated from the status history.

Meter readings

60 € / month

250 reading points included

+ 20 € / further 250 points or part thereof

Measuring points with thresholds, routes and campaign batches, offline work per batch and statistical anomaly detection.

Bundle

Full operation. The recommended choice for maintenance contractors and operators.

Recommended

Full operation

55 € / user / month

Separately it comes to 62 € per user per month. In the bundle, 7 € less per user.

Core + Fleet and costs + Real-time field + SLA management.

Smart planner, Customer management and Meter readings are added to the bundle at their normal prices. Minimum of 5 users, the same as the core.

Dimensions

Three figures you can count yourself. Your inventory is not one of them.

  • Internal usersAnyone who signs in to the web application or the app counts as an internal user, technicians included. Customer portal users are not charged as users. Minimum of 5.
  • Customers with a portalOnly with Customer management. The first 5 are included.
  • Reading pointsOnly with Meter readings. The first 250 are included.
Base pricing

The base, in figures.

The amounts the estimator combines with the modules and add-ons above. Stated here in text, readable without JavaScript.

ItemAmount
Base per internal user, minimum of 5 45 € / user / month
Full operation, per internal user, minimum of 5 55 € / user / month
Customer management, per customer with a portal from the 6th 12 € / customer portal / month

Example with the core only, no modules or add-ons: 15 users come to 675 € a month, with as many assets as you have.

Terms

  • Prices exclude VAT.
  • Billed monthly, no minimum term. Paying annually costs 10% less.
  • Minimum of 5 internal users (€225 a month).
  • Prices are reviewed once a year; the contracted price is held for the first 12 months.

Implementation. Getting started depends on volume: number of assets, users, data to migrate, integrations and training. It is analysed with each customer and quoted separately, invoiced by milestone. The subscription is billed from go-live, not from signature.

Estimator

Work out what you would pay.

Choose the core or Full operation, adjust the users, tick modules and add-ons, and you will have the order of magnitude. It is an estimate, not an offer: the final price depends on the scope of the implementation and is agreed in conversation.

What the API includes

The API is not a higher plan. It is included, with its scope stated.

Two routes, included in every case. Incremental sync over assets, asset types, measuring points and readings, with scopes, pagination and API keys that expire; plus a write scope for readings. And full export: an endpoint you use to download incidents, work orders, assets and the associated photographs. Your data leaves whenever you want. Its own documentation in Swagger and ReDoc, open without a key.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if it pays off?
By measuring what you already pay without seeing it: hours spent typing up job sheets, avoidable kilometres, materials not charged to any job and completed work that never gets invoiced. We send you a spreadsheet to do it with your own numbers, with the formulas visible and no data from other companies. If the result does not comfortably exceed the cost of the subscription, it is not worth it for you, and we will tell you so.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Billing is monthly. If you prefer to pay for the year up front, it costs 10% less than twelve monthly payments.
Do I pay per asset?
No. The subscription depends on internal users and on what you switch on, not on the size of your inventory. You can register every streetlight, every pipe section and every meter without changing what you pay. That way nobody has to decide what to leave out of the system to save money.
Is implementation included?
No. Setup, loading your inventory and training are quoted separately, depending on what needs migrating and how many people need training. We give you a fixed figure before we start, it is paid by milestone and it comes with a guarantee: if it does not reach production within the signed deadline for reasons on our side, you do not pay for it. And the subscription is not billed until you go live.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take it with you. Full export is always included, and when the contract ends you have 90 days of access to download everything. If we ever stopped providing the service, you would know six months in advance. All the commitments are listed under reversibility.
Is the warehouse a separate module?
No. Inventory and warehouses are included in the core at no extra cost. If your company does not run a warehouse, you switch it off in the configuration and it disappears from the screens; switch it back on and the recorded stock is still where it was.
Can I start with the core and add modules later?
Yes. The three modules, the three add-ons and the Full operation bundle are switched on and off with no data migration: it is a change to the organisation’s configuration. What you do not use, you remove.
Is the mobile app charged separately?
No. The app with full offline mode is part of the core.
Can I try it first?
Before signing, you see the system in a 30-minute evaluation session. We first ask you for some details about your operation and prepare the session on a demonstration environment similar to your case. Everything it does is also in the functional documentation, which is publicly available. And if Maptainer is not a fit, we tell you in that session, not after months of trial.

We are not going to sell you a discount. We are going to show you what you pay.

Tell us how many technicians you have in the field and how many assets you maintain. The first sets the subscription, module by module; the second only matters for the data load in the implementation. And the implementation comes with a guarantee: if it does not reach production within the signed deadline for reasons on our side, you do not pay for it.
